Ushbu maqolada PIRLS xalqaro o‘qish savodxonligini baholash tadqiqotida o‘qituvchi omilining o‘quvchilar
natijalariga ta’siri chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda o‘qituvchining malakasi, mehnat staji, motivatsiyasi, dars jarayonida
zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalardan foydalanish darajasi hamda o‘qituvchining kasbiy rivojlanishi o‘quvchilarning
natijalariga qay darajada ta’sir ko‘rsatishi PIRLS va TALIS ma’lumotlari asosida solishtirib o‘rganilgan. Xorijiy tajribalar
tahlili asosida O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimiga oid xulosalar ishlab chiqilgan
