Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada Singapur, Angliya, Rossiya va O‘zbekistonning boshlang‘ich ta’lim bosqichiga oid o‘quv
dasturlari qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, o‘qish savodxonligini shakllantirishdagi metodik, pedagogik hamda baholash yondashuvlari
o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalarda o‘qish savodxonligi nafaqat o‘qish malakasi,
balki shaxsning tafakkur, muloqot va ijtimoiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantiruvchi markaziy ko‘nikma sifatida talqin etiladi.
Maqolada O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimida xalqaro baholash talablariga mos yondashuvlarni joriy etish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari
suriladi.
