Ushbu maqolada ruhiy rivojlanish susayishining kelib chiqishi, rivojlanishi, kechishi va yakuni uni keltirib
chiqargan sabablar, muhitning turli zararli ta’sirlari hamda ichki (endogen) va tashqi (ekzogen) omillarning o‘zaro munosabatiga
bog‘liqligi yoritilgan. Ruhiy rivojlanish susayishining sabablari ichki – biologik va tashqi – ijtimoiy omillarga bo‘linadi.
Biologik omillar ikki guruhga ajratiladi: tibbiy-biologik va irsiy. Tibbiy-biologik omillarga bosh miya va markaziy nerv sistemasining
erta organik jarohatlanishi sabab bo‘ladi. Aksariyat bolalar anamnezida perinatal davrning og‘ir kechishi kuzatiladi;
bu holat, eng avvalo, homiladorlik davrining va tug‘ruq jarayonining salbiy kechishi bilan bog‘liq
