Mazkur maqolada iqtidorli talabalar bilan ishlash jarayonida uchraydigan asosiy pedagogik muammolar,
ularning sabablari va yechim yo‘llari tahlil qilingan. Iqtidorli yoshlarni aniqlash, ularning individual qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirish
hamda o‘qitish jarayonida shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuvni qo‘llash zaruriyati asoslab berilgan. Maqolada
zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida iqtidorni rivojlantirishga to‘sqinlik qiluvchi omillar - metodik, tashkiliy va psixologik to‘siqlar ilmiy
jihatdan yoritilgan.
