Maqolada maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarda emotsional intellektni rivojlantirish diagnostikasining nazariy
asoslari, xalqaro tajriba va O‘zbekiston sharoitidagi yondashuvlar tahlil qilingan. Xalqaro tadqiqotlar (OECD, UNICEF,
CASEL) emotsional va ijtimoiy ko‘nikmalarni erta yoshda diagnostika qilish va rivojlantirish bolaning shaxsiy rivojlanishi,
ijtimoiy moslashuvchanligi hamda ta’limiy muvaffaqiyatlariga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini tasdiqlaydi. MDH olimlari diagnostika
jarayonida milliy qadriyatlar va ijtimoiy-madaniy omillarni hisobga olish zarurligini ta’kidlagan. O‘zbekistonda esa
PF–60-son Farmon (2022), PQ–4312 (2019), PQ–4884 (2020) kabi hujjatlar asosida diagnostika tizimini takomillashtirish,
pedagoglarning emotsional savodxonligini oshirish va raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etishga qaratilgan chora-tadbirlar
amalga oshirilmoqda. Natijalar xalqaro tajriba va milliy model uyg‘unligi bolalarda emotsional intellektni rivojlantirish diagnostikasining
samaradorligini oshirish uchun mustahkam zamin yaratishini ko‘rsatdi.
