Mazkur maqolada innovatsion kompetentlik tushunchasining mazmun-mohiyatiga zamonaviy pedagogik
tafakkur doirasida ilmiy yondashuv asosida izoh beriladi hamda uning shakllanishiga ta’sir etuvchi metodologik va didaktik
omillar tizimli tarzda tahlil qilinadi. Bu jarayonda innovatsion fikrlash, yangicha yondashuv hamda kreativ faoliyat elementlarini
ta’lim jarayoniga integratsiyalash orqali innovatsion kompetentlikni shakllantirishning nazariy-metodik asoslari ishlab
chiqiladi. Shu bilan bir qatorda, kompetentlik yondashuvining hozirgi davr ta’lim strategiyalaridagi o‘rni aniqlanib, uning
innovatsion rivojlanish bilan o‘zaro funksional bog‘liqligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslanadi. Maqolada, shuningdek, o‘qituvchining
ilmiy-tadqiqot faoliyati, metodik saviyasi va reflektiv amaliyoti innovatsion kompetentlikni rivojlantirishdagi asosiy omillar
sifatida qaraladi hamda bu kompetentlikni baholash mezonlari va pedagogik sharoitlar tizimi tahliliy yondashuv asosida
tavsiflanadi.
