Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim tashkilotlari talabalarning kasbiy va shaxsiy sifatlarini rivojlantirish jarayonida
mavjud pedagogik imkoniyatlar yoritilgan. Jumladan, ta’limiy qadriyatlarning shaxsni shakllantirishdagi ahamiyati, uning
ta’lim sohasidagi qadr-qimmatini oshirishdagi o‘rni va pedagoglar tomonidan shaxs omilining ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonlarida
yetakchi subyekt sifatida e’tirof etilishi ilmiy asosda tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, talabalar ongida erkin va mustaqil fikrlashni
rivojlantirish, faollik ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishga xizmat qiluvchi omillar ko‘rib chiqilgan.
