This article discusses the issue of forming a tolerant mindset in future social work specialists. The importance
of tolerance in ensuring social stability, protecting human rights, and professional activity in the context of globalization
and cultural diversity is analyzed. Philosophical, psychological, and pedagogical interpretations of the concept of
tolerance, as well as effective methods and technologies for its development, are presented. The article suggests ways to
form tolerance through interactive methods, trainings, volunteering, and the use of information technologies. Criteria and
indicators for assessing effectiveness are also developed
