Аннотация

Singapur ta’lim falsafasi o‘zining ta’lim tizimiga korporativ madaniyat va ma’naviy qadriyatlarni innovatsion
integratsiyalashuvi bilan mashhur. Ushbu noyob yondashuv shaxs va jamiyat taraqqiyotiga yaxlit nuqtai nazarni saqlab
qolgan holda inson kapitalini rivojlantirishga davlatning strategik e’tiborini aks ettiradi. Ushbu maqola Singapur ta’lim
tizimi asosidagi asosiy tamoyillarni o‘rganadi hamda u korporativ samaradorlikni ma’naviy va axloqiy ta’lim bilan qanday
uyg‘unlashtirishini ko‘rsatadi. Siyosat, o‘qitish metodologiyasi va ijtimoiy ta’sirlarni tahlil qilish orqali maqolada Singapur
modeli iqtisodiy raqobatbardoshlik va axloqiy fazilatlarni tarbiyalashning ikki tomonlama maqsadlariga qanday xizmat
qilishi ta’kidlanadi. Iqtisodiy imperativlar va ma’naviy rivojlanish o‘rtasidagi sinergiyani ta’kidlab, Singapur falsafasi global
ta’lim islohoti uchun qimmatli g‘oyalarni taqdim etadi.
