tomonidan shaxs omilining ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonidagi yetakchi subyekt sifatida e’tirof etilishini ta’minlash, unda erkin va
mustaqil fikrlash hamda ijtimoiy faollik ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishga xizmat qilishi zarurligi ilmiy asosda yoritilgan
