Mazkur maqolada IIV akademik litseylari o‘quvchilarining liderlik kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishning psixologik
xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda 15–18 yoshli o‘smirlarning psixologik rivojlanish bosqichi, shaxsiy identifikatsiya,
mustaqillikka intilish, motivatsiya, emotsional barqarorlik va ijtimoiy moslashuvchanlik kabi omillarning yetakchilik
fazilatlari shakllanishiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, liderlik kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishning pedagogik va
psixologik mexanizmlari – o‘z-o‘zini baholashni oshirish, kommunikativ ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirish, jamoada hamkorlik
va sog‘lom raqobatni tashkil etish, rolli o‘yinlar, debatlar hamda motivatsion treninglar orqali shaxsiy o‘sishni qo‘llab-quvvatlash
kabi yondashuvlar asoslab berilgan. Maqolada ijobiy psixologik muhit yaratishning ahamiyati hamda gender
xususiyatlarining liderlik salohiyatiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan.
