Ushbu ilmiy maqola rahbarlarning til bilish darajasi bilan hissiy intellekt (EQ) o‘rtasidagi dinamik bog‘liqlikni
tizimli tarzda tadqiq etadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy yangiligi – lingvistik kompetensiya va EQ komponentlarining o‘zaro ta’sirini
neyropsixologiya, madaniyatlararo kommunikatsiya hamda kognitiv lingvistika nuqtayi nazaridan kompleks tahlil qilishda
namoyon bo‘ladi. Nazariy yangilik shundan iboratki, D. Goulman EQ modeli G. Hofstede madaniyatlararo nazariyasi bilan
sintez qilinib, “lingvo-emotsional liderlik” kontseptsiyasi taklif etildi. Empirik natijalar 120 xalqaro korxona holatlarini qiyosiy
tahlil qilish orqali aniqlandi: C1+ darajadagi rahbarlarda empatiya ko‘rsatkichi 78 % ga yetgan bo‘lsa, B2 darajali rahbarlarda
bu ko‘rsatkich 62 % ni tashkil etdi. Amaliy jihatdan esa “3D LingvoEQ” modeli ishlab chiqildi, u til o‘rganish bilan
emotsional ko‘nikmalarni parallel rivojlantirishning optimal algoritmini taklif etadi. Neyropsixologik natijalar ikkinchi tilni
o‘rganish insula qismining faollashuvi orqali mikromimikani talqin qilish tezligini 40 % ga oshirishini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek,
yapon “kudama” an’analarini to‘g‘ri dekodlash EQ darajasini 1,3 baravarga oshirishga yordam beradi.
